I have to thank Adam for such detailed and professional work over 2 hours at my problematic house. Adam gave me the honest advice for how to fix the issues of my house. He advised me not to go with $20,000 underpinning job blindly since my house still having water and tree issue. I will need to resolve the root cause first then let the house settle. I want to say if you think your house has issue, do not rush to the contractor who is in the industry purely just want you spend all the money.
