The Engineer arrived on time and immediately set to work. He rapidly diagnosed the cause of the cracking which was not the cause that we had led to believe. He made several recommendations, all of which were very clear and precise (and inexpensive). He then proceeded to carry out an inspection of the rest of the house and advise us that all was well. His fee was one of the best investments that we have ever made as it avoided us undertaking expensive (and unnecessary) unpinning. All in all, ours was a very satisfactory experience of MCSE expertise and service.
